I haven't done a Humpday Confession in a long time, so I thought I'd get back in the groove so to speak. Without further ado, let's get humping.
-I haven't worked out like a boss in about 2 months. I haven't felt like it and just don't give a f***. I do pansy ass mini workouts and wimpy stuff, just to keep the food baby at bay.
-The protein powder in the picture above is what we keep in our house. Fact.
-During my humpday hiatus, I had to buy Gas X. Welcome to adult life. I have never had to buy that shit before, turns out true gas is no joke.
-I meal plan like a boss... then we still eat out one day a week and Friday. Don't judge me. Some days I just have no motivation and Friday is our cheap date night. Other than that, the crock pot pretty much runs our house.
-The crock pot runs our house and I meal plan, but I don't do those day long, throw and go, meal prep days... I think because my mind thinks of that as a left over and left overs are gross.
I am not really one to prep all our meals Sundays either. I might cut up fruit and veggies or something for the week on Sundays, but each day I prepare what we are having. I dont like heating things up much either. And I totally love the crock pot!
ReplyDeleteWe also eat out one or two meals each week on the weekends. Either Friday night, Saturday lunch or Saturday dinner...one of those combinations. And I always eat lunch out (usually Friday lunch) with my friends but that is usually fairly healthy and not really a cheat for me.
my crockpot is the love of my life. i don't know what i would do without it!
ReplyDeleteI've been really slacking on the workouts too. That ends Monday with the new workout class Groupon I bought though. Hope I survive! And gas is a real thing - TMI but yesterday I was in pain I was so bloated and it's awful when you are at work because you can't...uh...relieve the pressure.
ReplyDeletewe normally eat out on fridays, but sometimes i just can't be bothered cooking so i have cereal for dinner lol. i have done big meal prep days on sundays before, but then i'm so tired and cant be bothered and dont end up eating any of the meals haha. it makes zero sense.

ReplyDeleteMy life is so much easier when I plan my food for the week. I am just incapable of putting stuff in a crockpot. I have no idea what to make and what to do with it.
