Without further ado, here are my August and September goals:
- Drink 1 gallon of water per day- I frequently forget to refill my cup at work need to focus on this!
- Attend 3 exercise classes per week and cardio 2 times per week- I've had a goal previously of adding another workout class, but with all the night classes I teach and evening back to school events, I just want to maintain consistency.
- Save $200- This is pretty self-explanatory. I want to continue to pad my savings account.
- Meal prep on Sundays and take lunch every day- I generally give myself a "pass" one day a week, but I want to get out of that habit since it's money I could save and I make healthier lunches than I buy.
What are some of your goals lately?
Water! I'm always trying to drink more water. I drink a lot at work and then once I get home I dont drink anything, its terrible. I'm thinking about buying a new water bottle to motivate myself to drink more...thats a good reason to spend money right?! Good luck with all your goals, they sound reasonable and achievable!
ReplyDeleteI also need to put money into my savings. I'm terrible at this. Another goal is to simplify my "stuff", like I blogged about today. And finally- cook more! I eat out way tooooo much!
ReplyDeleteGood luck with your goals. You got this!
good luck with your goals! i am normally pretty good with my water, but sometimes i get somewhat busy and can't jump up, so i have 2 water bottles lol.
ReplyDeleteI am pretty good with my water, but sometimes I forget to drink when I am sitting there working and an hour goes by without a sip. Oops! Good luck with your goals, I am sure you can rock them!
ReplyDeleteI like that you're sharing your goals. I'm afraid to because I don't want to be accountable LOL. but I think starting next month I will post my goals. I'd like to save money and I'm working on not eating out so much (I've been meal prepping every sunday for the past 3 weeks or so).
ReplyDeleteTrish - tales from trish
i'm all for the brining food to work thing. i haven't bought lunch at work since like, 2012 and not joking about that either. i make all my food and bring it to the office (when i worked) and the money i had in my wallet was there for weeks, even months because i never spent the cash on food (when before, it'd be gone by like wednesday)
