I most def hate on people who miss shit at work, yet I know I walk in 10 minutes later than I am supposed to. Technically, I am supposed to be there at 7:50am, but I always walk into the building I am assigned to that morning between 7:55 and 8:00am. Part of it is the fight over the bathroom in the morning, the other part is that I frequently start driving to the wrong school and have to turn around. Either way, I get my ass there and don't walk into meetings late or miss them, so I call that a win.
Family functions and get togethers are so not my thing. I love to be around people and to be social, but I just struggle with the drama that seems to be attached to groups of people getting together. I would much rather just have you facebook stalk me and random phone conversations than sit around the family table waiting to see what fight starts next.
I have dug out all my summer/spring clothes and am already trying to decide what to wear for my honeymoon. So, I look like a hoarder because there are all these under bed storage boxes filled with sandals and bathing suits sitting around our bedroom, but I have yet to try anything on. I know that my boo thang is going to go ape shit in one more day having the clothes and storage boxes sitting in our room, because he is the total opposite of a hoarder, so he always freaks out when he sees all my shit.
if you don't miss anything and are on time for meetings, that's def a win!

UGH totally agree with the family gatherings. They just take so much out of you mentally. Some kind of drama is ALWAYS floating around and I have zero time to care about any of it. And flippin' amen to the budget being shot to hell! Oh and not caring haha. I'll soon be done spending money on the wedding in just nine days!!
